Each Mobility2You Partner has its own terms of business and privacy practices and you should check that you are satisfied with them before you agree to take any of their goods or services. In the case of dropshipping, wherein an item or items purchased are dispatched directly from one our Partners necessary information relating to your order may be shared. This will not be used for any Third Party marketing purposes.

4. Offers, promotions, software and downloads.

Mobility2You and our Mobility2You Partners may occasionally promote their goods or services on this website or through other direct marketing initiatives or may make software and other materials available for you to purchase or download. Whilst we carry out some checks on Mobility2You Partners and try to encourage them to offer good quality products, services and materials at competitive prices we have no control over them, or give you any assurances about the products or services they offer, or that they will be suitable for your needs. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself in this regard and we have no liability in connection with the same.

 

A discount code can only be used once. A discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. No cash alternative is available for any of our offers both online or in store. Only one voucher may be used per household. We reserve the right to restrict discounts on items that have already been reduced from the Recommended Retail Price.

 

Vouchers are valid until the specified date, or till the 31st December of the current year (if no date is specified).

 

Mobility2You reserves the right not to issue discounts or remove them where we have grounds to suspect the promotion has been used in contravention of our terms and conditions. Mobility2You reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend a voucher code promotion at any time.

 

Should you cancel or return Goods from an order where a promotional discount code has been used, no refund of this promotional code or equivalent value will be provided.

A. Age restrictions

We only accept orders from persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are in this age range.

B. Residency

We only accept orders from and despatch orders to addresses in Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We do not currently deliver products to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight and Jersey/ Guernsey.

C. Placing an order

It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it to us.

D. Pricing

All prices on this website are in pounds sterling. Most prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but occasionally there may be an error. We verify pricing at our despatch centre. If you believe you have been charged the incorrect price, you should contact us and we will endeavour to resolve this as soon as possible.

E. VAT exemption

If you purchase an item for your personal use and you are chronically sick or disabled, are a registered charity or you are making the purchase on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled for their personal use, you may be entitled to purchase the item without having to pay VAT. You will be required to make a declaration to confirm that the VAT exempt status applies. It is your responsibility to give accurate information and to not make a false declaration.

F. Accuracy of information

We try to ensure that all product information and colours are correct at the time of their publication. However, the representation of colours on your browser may differ from the actual colours of products supplied. Any typographical, clerical or other error is subject to correction without any liability on our part. Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us, or any of our employees or agents, is followed or acted upon entirely at your own risk and we are not liable for such advice or recommendation.

G. Concluding a binding contract

When we receive an order from you to purchase items from us, a confirmation email that this order has been received will be automatically sent to the email address provided by you at the time of order. Your order is an offer to purchase an item and will not be binding on us until the sending of an email to you confirming your order has been dispatched or you receiving the item.

H. Postage and packing costs

Postage and packing costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order, the size and weight of the items and, where delivery options are provided, the option you choose. The postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order with us. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge unless we state otherwise before you confirm your order.

Orders will be delivered by our professional Mobility2You Partenr who will contact you to arrange a timed delivery to your home address, installation and demonstration of the product. Contact will be made within 7 working days of order confirmation and delivery date is subject to agreement of the purchaser and our Mobility2You Partner courier.  Available on Heavy Items to be delivered to UK Mainland.

I. Pre-orders

Occasionally we may make goods or services available for pre-order. If you place a pre-order, we will take payment. If we are, for any reason, unable to supply the order to you, for example, if our supplier is unable to supply us or if the goods/services are not suitable for you, we will notify you and offer you an alternative. If the alternative is not acceptable then Mobility2You will refund the full amount paid.

J. Payment and refunds

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, packing, postage and delivery charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the payment gateway and/or to the card originally used for payment.

K. Non-availability/substitutes

We reserve the right to change the specification of items which are required to conform to any applicable standards or requirements. We endeavour to keep sufficient stocks of goods to meet demand but occasionally, items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers. All items sold through this website are subject to availability. If any of the items on your order are not available we may send a substitute of similar specification.

L. Delivery of orders

Items will usually be delivered within 14 working days. Where white glove delivery is selected through one of our partners this will be subject to that partner’s own terms & conditions and dependent on the date arranged between yourself and the partner courier. By selecting this option you consent to your details being shared with this partner exclusively for use in making this delivery. Your details will not be used in marketing from this partner courier or passed onto any further parties.   Note it is your responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery and installation of these items and we will not be liable for any damage caused by inadequate access. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 15 days of us confirming your order you should notify us and we will investigate why you have not received your delivery.

 

If your item is being delivered using our standard delivery service please note that items will only be delivered to the building's main access door. It is your responsibility to ensure there is clear access for delivery of your item/s and we will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to inadequate access. When placing your order, particularly for heavy items, we recommend you consider how you will transport any item from the door to its desired location.

M. Notification of errors

You should check the content of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe that items have been sent to you in error, you should contact us immediately.

N. Cancellation rights and damaged/faulty items

You have a statutory 'cooling-off' right, which entitles you to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in your order (certain exceptions apply). You also have rights in respect of items that are damaged on receipt or faulty. Details of these rights and how to exercise these rights are set out in our Returns Policy below.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with any items you've ordered from us, but if you're not entirely satisfied, you'll find details of our returns policy below.

 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the date you received or collected your complete order to notify us of the items you are not completely happy with. We must receive any item you return to us within 14 calendar days of your notification to us of your intention to return the item(s). Orders cancelled under these Regulations are entitled to a refund of any standard postage paid for the delivery of your order, but you are responsible for any postage incurred in returning the items you wish to cancel to us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage on return of part orders.

 

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping any hygiene seals in place. Similarly, where an item is provided with additional material, including but not limited to accessories, instruction manuals and spare parts these must be returned also. You will lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons. Please be aware that this applies particularly to (but not exclusively to) mattresses, bathing equipment (bath lifts, shower seats, etc.) and incontinence items.

 

There are a few circumstances where returns may not be possible so please do take time to read this through.

 

Here are the most common circumstances for returns:

 

Change of Mind, Wrong Size or Unsuitable Items

We understand that you may want to return an order that you feel is unsuitable, that turns out to be the wrong size for you or if you've just changed your mind. With a few exceptions, we will offer a refund or exchange on items returned for this reason providing they are returned to us unused , in their original packaging and within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please bare in mind that returns, including the postage and packing of goods, are the sole responsibility of the customer until confirmation of receipt at our warehouse. We recommend that you take out a tracked, insured return. If you require an alternative product, such as a size or colour variation, please contact us for advice in arranging this.

 

Damaged on Arrival or Wrong Items were sent

Please accept our apologies if an item has arrived damaged or wrong when you receive it. Please contact us immediately on the day you receive it if this has happened as we cannot take up any issues with our partnered couriers unless we are notified straight away. It also will allow a faster resolution to the issue. We may require proof of damage and in cases such as this may require photos to be taken and emailed to us. Should a courier require you to sign for damaged goods, please write a note that they are damaged or "Awaiting Inspection". If you have received the wrong order, we may need to check any part numbers on your order as sometimes to confirm details with our manufacturers or suppliers. Please be prepared to provide this information where possible when contacting us. We understand receiving a damaged item can cause great inconvenience and will work with you to arrange the return of these items to us or one of our Mobility2You Partners for inspection. A refund or replacement can only be sent once the item is received by us or our partners (if applicable)  and any damage is confirmed.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of an item becoming faulty, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies - please view our General Warranty Terms & Conditions. If within warranty, please contact us so we can discuss the individual case as needed. Products from different manufacturers may be subject to different warranty periods or conditions. Where the warranty of an item is restricted to parts only, Mobility2You reserves the right to not be held accountable for any installation or engineering work required to fit these parts. By agreeing to our terms & conditions you take full responsibility for organising the labour associated with any warranty claim made against products purchased from us.

 

Before a warranty claim can be made we may require photos of the item or the item to be returned to us. We will liaise with you on this matter on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, a replacement may only be sent out once a fault is confirmed. If the item has been used prior to incurring a fault we reserve the right offer replacement only i.e. no refund may be offered. 

 

Items that Cannot be Cancelled or Returned

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund within 14 days. The following items are excluded from this:

  • Items that are collected by you in person, or your representative, from our premises.
  • Items where our product description says, "This item is made to order."
  • Products that are made to a customer specification or personalised.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
  • Any "used" products that represent a hygiene risk (such as used toilet seats, commodes or bottom wipers).
  • Underwear and lingerie can only be returned if the product packaging has neither been tampered with nor any hygiene seal removed.

In the event that non faulty items being returned are damaged or used in any way. The amount which we might reduce your refund by will be dependent on the decrease in value of your use of the item. You should note that should your use mean that your items cannot be resold, this reduction may be 100%.

 

Once we receive notice from you that you wish to cancel your order we will refund the purchase price for that item together with the packing and postage / delivery charge you paid to us for that item (if any). If you paid for one of the special delivery options, such as White Glove Delivery, we will only refund the basic delivery charge that would have been payable for that item. You will have to pay the cost of returning the item to us.

 

Please note, Mobility2You Partners have their own terms of business and procedures for exercising cancellation rights. If you purchase an item or service from a Mobility2You Partner, you should check your rights before placing your order.

 

Damaged and Faulty Items

If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt or, within 6 months of supply, develops a fault, we will ask you to return the item to us for inspection. We will then replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any packing and postage / delivery charges you paid to us for delivery of that item. If you paid for one of the special delivery options such as Next Day Delivery we will only refund the basic delivery charge that would have been payable for that item. You may have additional manufacturers' warranties with some products such as electrical items giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.

How to return items

Damaged and faulty items. To return a damaged or faulty item you must follow the instructions on the Shipment Note included in the delivery. For small damaged and faulty items that you return to us we will provide a freepost address which will be of no cost to you.. For large, extra large or high value items we will normally offer to collect them from you again at Mobility2You Ltd cost.

Cancelled items. To return a damaged or faulty item you must follow the instructions on the Shipment Note included in the delivery. You may return the items to us by your own preferred method. However, if you require us to collect the item, the following charges will apply:

For items such as large scooters and beds collection will have to be arranged via professional courier. Rates for this vary item by item so please contact us for further information.

 

Please be aware that where collection of an item is arranged with the assistance of Mobility2You it may be necessary for someone to be available at the time of collection. Information regarding this will be provided at the time of booking. Where a collection is missed due to nobody at the address who can hand over the delivery on the date agreed, you will be charged the collection fee in full as well as any further fees required to reschedule and complete a later collection.

 

O. Liability

Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfill an order that we are legally bound to fulfill will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.

Electrical products
Electrical products sold on this website are designed for use in the UK and, if fitted with a plug, this will be a UK plug. They may not be suitable for use in other countries and you should check with the manufacturer before using them outside the UK.

Not all medical electrical products are suitable for all medical ailments and, occasionally, their use may interfere with any treatment you are receiving or aggravate a condition.
