Wrong frame delivered

Cannot do a review on the Ashford Height Ajustable toilet frame because that is not what I receives. I was sent the NRS Economical Adjustable flat pack. I made several attempts to speak to Mobility2you but was never able to speak to anyone. After a few days as the need for the frame became more pressing I assembled the frame and started us in it. Not impressed by difficulty of communication and receiving a product I did not order.
